Napa Valley Cabernet At Its Finest

The Pact 2016 Cabernet (1)

Carefully selected from the premier blocks of the property that sit on an elevated bench with volcanic soils underneath, this Cabernet Sauvignon captures what makes the Coombsville AVA special. Black cherry and black currant generously welcome the nose and reward the palate with a plush texture and fresh acidity. Dark fruit and graphite, along with tobacco, cinnamon, star anise and dark cocoa flavors await you with a seductive finish that lasts for an eternity.

The Hour 2016 Red Blend (1)

Now is the Hour to drink Merlot, Malbec and Syrah.  Considered endangered species in Napa Valley, this wine highlights a blend of these varieties grown in a world-class region.  This wine is a homemade pie of black cherries, blueberries and plum spiced cardamom, cocoa nibs.  The Hour offers balance of firm and powerful structure that entice senses.  Round tannins lead to an extraordinary and memorable finish.

The Lure 2016 Cabernet (1)

The Lure is mountain diversity and adversity in a bottle and our best barrels of mountain fruit.  Dramatic swings in diurnal temperatures, volcanic soils and extreme elevations combine ti create a wine of distinction. The 2016 Lure jumps from the glass with intense black current, blueberry, black tea and cedar.  It is a wine both savory and luscious, with pleasurable structure and character.  Its tannis seamlessly show the power of mountain fruit with a long, complex finish.  Decant this one and taste it as it unfolds over a spacial meal.

Faust 2017 Cabernet (3)

The 2017 Faust Cabernet is a blend of our estate vineyards in Coombsville and Rutherford and mountain sourcing in Atlas Peak, Mount Veeder and Howell Mountain. Intense yet fresh with juicy blue and black notes. Notes of dark chocolate and dried herbs seduce the palate while silky tannins and lifting acidity leads to a layered and lingering finish.
